In this role, Lynn leads business development and community involvement for IIW in the Quad City market. She provides leadership and guidance to build new and strengthen existing relationships. Lynn will also be involved in assisting IIW with implementation of our strategic initiatives.

Lynn is an active member of the Quad Cities community and volunteers her time with many local organizations. Currently, Lynn is the Chair of the Scott County Planning and Zoning Commission and serves on the boards of Junior Achievement of the Heartland, the HAVlife Foundation, the SAME Rock Island Post, and the local chapter of A4LE.
A native of Northeast Iowa, Lynn has lived and worked in the Quad Cities for many years, first as an executive recruiter and then transitioning that experience into business development roles in the engineering and construction industries.
