IIW, P.C. announced today the naming of three new shareholders of the company. The company, which owns IIW Minnesota, welcomes David Leapaldt, Christian Hendrie and Whitney Lougheed as shareholders. The three architects currently serve IIW Minnesota, headquartered in St. Cloud, and have been actively involved in new building projects underway for Sartell Public Schools and St. Cloud Public Schools.
David Leapaldt leads IIW-Minnesota with over three decades of industry experience. His work can be seen in a variety of community landmarks and signature facilities throughout the Upper Midwest. He has worked extensively on design for schools.
Christian Hendrie has a Master’s in Architecture with a certificate in Historic Preservation and a bachelor’s in architectural studies from the University of Wisconsin/Milwaukee’s School of Architecture and Urban Planning. He has more than 15 years of experience working on facilities for K-12, higher education, municipal, housing, hospitality and health care.
Whitney Lougheed holds both a Masters of Architecture and a bachelor’s in environmental design from North Dakoka State University. She has a passion for historic preservation, green building and specialized commercial design expertise, including K-12 schools.
IIW Minnesota, based in St. Cloud, specializes in providing architecture and engineering services to businesses, nonprofits and government agencies.
